Handling CPID

To handle CPID data, go to Other identifiers/CPID. The List of CPIDs provides information about production date, entity name, status, internal key, and hierarchy types.
The already known identifier list functions are available in the List of CPIDs page.
When you click on New or Edit, CPID edit page appears.
The New function can be also achieved by selecting Create new number within menu Main identifier types/CPID.
Mandatory fields (marked by *) are as follows:
Component Part Identifier: use Generate to create CPID automatically or manually to a GS1 Company Prefix.
Initial Creation Date (it is automatically added by the system and cannot be updated.)
Last Change Date Time (it is automatically added by the system and cannot be updated.)
CPID edit page has checking, saving, printing, copying, serial number and status setting as well as export functions.
