General description of handling GTIN

To handle product data, use menu Main identifier types/List of GTINs.

List of GTINs

In the List of GTINs, you access GTINs together with product descriptions, information about brand name, product publish, hierarchy, statuses, target market etc..

In the GTIN list with LOT information, you can access additional information about your products: Nr of LOTs and Nr of SNs.

Displayed columns of the list can be set by clicking on “columns“ button. List of GTINs is searchable - by applying Search or Advanced search - and sortable - by clicking on arrows at column names.

Create new product data (New button)

This function is available from Main identifier types/New product as well.

Edit product (Edit button)
Copy product data to other target market or to other partner (Copy button)
Delete product (Delete button)
Print product data in case of product status Finalized (Print button)
Process status of product data: Draft, Waiting for revoke, Revoked or Finalized (Status button)

If a GTIN entity is revoked, the associated LOT and SN entities are also revoked. Thus, it is not possible to create a new LOT or a new SN for an already revoked GTIN.
