Service Packages

On the My profile page you can look at the services available with your live subscriptions and get information on other available service pack.

Currently, there are two packages to subscribe: START package and UDI package.

Content of free START package:

• Number allocation and basic data management (GTIN, GLN)

• Number allocation and advanced data management (SSCC, GDTI, CPID, GIAI, GSRN)

• Support of the allocation rules compliance concerning these 7 identification keys mentioned above

• Item manufacturing data registry (LOT and serial number support)

• GS1 standard barcodes and 2D code generation

• Case- and logistic label editing according to the retailers’ demands

• Cloud-based storage with online data access

The UDI package gives a helping hand to implement the requirements of the European Union Regulations for Medical Devices 745/2017 and In-Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices 746/2017.

Further functionality of the service package (eg. extension of attributes, extension of validations, XML generation) will be gradually supplemented after the finalization of the data transfer model to EUDAMED in the European Union.

Content of UDI package:

• Functions in START service pack

• UDI identifier generation (UDI-DI, UDI-PI, Basic UDI-DI) and special data registry

• The UDI-DI and Basic UDI-DI data validation, Basic UDI-DI and UDI-DI binding

• Legacy device identification and data handling

• Conversion from Legacy device to UDI identified device

• Identifier and data XLS export

• Remains free until the data communication is implemented towards EUDAMED
