To handle GSRN data, go to Other identifiers/GSRN. The List of GSRNs provides information about production date, entity name, attachment, internal key, serials, status, and hierarchy type.
The already known identifier list functions are available in the List of GSRNs page.
When you click on New or Edit, GSRN edit page appears.
The New function can be also achieved by selecting Create new number within menu Main identifier types/GSRN.
Mandatory fields (marked by *) are as follows:
Global Service Relation Number: use Generate to create GSRN automatically or manually to a GS1 Company Prefix.
GSRN Type Code (Service Provider or Service Recipient)
Initial Creation Date (it is automatically added by the system and cannot be updated.)
Last Change Date Time (it is automatically added by the system and cannot be updated.)
GSRN edit page has checking, saving, printing, copying, serial number and status setting as well as export functions.
