To define the generic data sharing rules, select Settings/Company data sharing settings.
To keep sharing, select one from the two options:
Sharing
Maintain individual sharing options
Clear individual sharing options
To stop sharing, select one from the three options:
Stop sharing
Maintain individual sharing options
Clear individual sharing options
Clear individual sharing options and delete all shared data
